Self-guided exploration journey through engaging intellectual tools
The world nowadays is not an easy place to be in. We're bombarded with information, social media pressures us into curated perfection, and even our workplaces can feel like isolating echo chambers. We're stressed, anxious, and often, profoundly disconnected—from ourselves and each other.
With MindSli Studio we're offering a space to pause, breathe, and take a look inwards. We believe that true resilience comes from understanding ourselves, from grasping the intricate workings of our minds. Not a quick fix, but a real start, some time to yourself.
During your 30 minute experience you will pass through a series of stations with exercises rooted in science, psychology and philosophy. As you explore the stations, you'll check-in with your current emotional state, explore your inner critic, envision your ideal day, explore what makes you happy (or not) at work, examine your relationships, clarify your own values to yourself and check-in with your needs. This isn't about superficial self-help, it's about continuous self-exploration and better understanding how our brain works. It's about recognizing that we have agency over our inner world, even when the external world feels overwhelming.
There is no direct coaching or personal facilitation provided. It's an individual self-guided activity, not a group or shared one. You transition through the experience solo, applying the offered intellectual tools to your own life and circumstances. Your findings are not shared with anyone, even the guide. The guide is there to welcome you and help you through the stations where you contemplate and record your findings. It's a tranquil journey into the inner workings of your mind.
Can I come with someone?
Yes, the experience is designed to be done individually, in silence or with minimal conversation. It's not a group activity but friends can explore in parallel.
Is this therapy?
No. These are literary and educational tools, inspired by existing public knowledge and research. You remain fully in control of your experience.
My background is in economics and data science, but my passion lies in how philosophy and psychology can help us live better, more grounded lives. I've spent years exploring practical tools from these fields that can help us navigate stress, relationships, and modern life.
MindSlí is my response to a world that's often overwhelming. It's a place to pause, reflect, and reconnect with yourself — quietly, without pressure or performance.
Inspired by timeless thinkers and modern research, the studio offers a calming, thought-provoking environment — like a concept store for the mind.
We have spaces for shopping, working, and exercising — why not one for thinking?
