You begin by choosing a theme and booking your experience
We then meet in Salthill and explore the reflection together — partly seated in a local café, partly walking along the Salthill Promenade (weather permitting)

The experience consists of 10 short, carefully designed reflections, grounded in psychology and philosophy.
Each exercise gently guides you to explore your chosen theme — helping you notice patterns, gain insight, generate ideas, and begin to move towards your desired direction.

My role is to guide you through the reflections, explain their purpose, and hold the structure of the experience.
You write your responses privately. I do not read your answers, interpret them, or offer personal advice, therapy, or counselling.
The value comes from the questions themselves — and from giving yourself space to think with clarity and honesty.
About me: I’m interested in combining philosophy, psychology, and art to make the science of the mind more engaging and accessible, and I come from an IT background while currently completing a Master’s in Psychology.

No. MindSlí is not therapy and does not replace therapeutic support.
It’s a self-discovery experience using reflective exercises inspired by psychology and philosophy. You stay fully in control of your pace, depth, and comfort.
Do I have to share anything personal?

You can be as discreet or open as you like.
Some people prefer to keep their reflections private. Others enjoy sharing parts of their thoughts during the conversation. Both are completely welcome.

Yes, gently.
I’ll introduce each exercise and support you through the process, but you lead your own reflection. There is no analysing or interpreting you — the insight comes from within you.

The exercises are designed to be gentle and accessible, even when exploring meaningful topics. You choose which questions you want to engage with and how deeply you go.

Absolutely.
The process is simple, calm, and structured in a friendly way. You don’t need any background in psychology — just curiosity.

They can bring clarity or new perspectives, but the tone is always soft, light, and grounded. It’s not meant to overwhelm. You decide what feels right for you in the moment.

You can choose what to keep private and what to share. Some exercises are shared; others are done quietly on your own. There is no pressure to reveal anything you don’t want to.
